Refund policy

Our products are digital and are delivered immediately, so in principle they are not returnable. We understand, however, that the fault is not always the buyer's.

When we refund

• The file will not download or is damaged and we cannot provide it.
• You received a different product from the one you ordered.
• You were charged twice for technical reasons.

When we do not refund

• The file has already been downloaded and matches its description.
• You are unhappy with the scan quality, when the description warns of possible defects in the original material.

Right of withdrawal

By law you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Where digital content is supplied other than on a physical medium, that right is lost if you gave express consent for delivery to begin immediately and confirmed that you lose the right of withdrawal.
