By using this site and by buying from it you accept the following terms.

1. Seller

The shop is run by Nikola Valkanov, 15 Sveti Prokopiy Varnenski Street, 9022 Varna, Bulgaria. Contact: nikola.valkanov23@gmail.com.

2. Products

All products are digital files containing comics in the public domain. Each product description states its contents and the basis for its public-domain status.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include applicable taxes. Payment is made before the file is received.

4. Delivery

Access to the file is provided immediately after payment is confirmed.

5. Right of withdrawal

By completing the order and receiving the file you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content may begin immediately and you confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal you would otherwise have within 14 days.

6. Right of use

Purchase grants the right to personal use of the file. Reselling or publicly distributing the file is not permitted, even though the work is in the public domain.

7. Returns

The conditions for returns are set out in the refund policy.

8. Liability

We are not liable for the quality of the original scan, in so far as the description warns of possible defects.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The terms in force at the time of purchase apply to that purchase.
